Life on the Greens

The temperatures have been more like the weather we would expect in the summer. We should be in the 50 to 60 degree range for this time of year. However we will still have to make the best out of our situation. While dealing with these conditions we need to get the most out of our seeding investment and manicure the best putting surface possible.
Mother natures has given us some challenges. The day after we completed overseeding we were blessed with 3/4 of rain in 30mins., which washed most of the seed away and now we are dealing with record temperatures in the 80's. So this has caused less than perfect over seeding conditions this year.
Adding more seed will help with conditioning of the putting surface and improve your game. So please bare with us during this process, it will pass quickly. We are applying seed and sand in light dosages so there will be very little impact on your game. We are scheduled to do this on thurs and friday evening Nov. 19th and 20th. Until then or after I'll see you on the course.
Your sup,
auggie
